388k — Bangladesh Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "388k" refers to the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://388k.io and its associated services, products and mobile interfaces.
• "Platform" means the 388k website, all subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces and any related digital service operated by 388k.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual upon successful completion of the 388k registration process.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account or who accesses the 388k platform in any capacity.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a player's 388k account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, cashback amounts or other non-cash incentives credited to an account under a 388k promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal as real-money funds.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or region in which access to online betting or casino services is prohibited by applicable law.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the reference time zone used for all date and time calculations on the 388k platform.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all 388k account balances, bets and transactions are denominated.

By accessing the 388k platform, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 388k Privacy Policy and any additional rules, policies or guidelines published on the platform from time to time.

Your continued use of the 388k platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. 388k will endeavour to notify registered players of material changes via the contact email address associated with their account, but such notification does not constitute a condition of the amendment taking effect.

If at any time you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions or any part thereof, you must immediately cease using the 388k platform, close your account and withdraw any remaining real-money balance.

To register an account and use the 388k platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, betting or accessing any gaming content on 388k.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual natural person. Corporate accounts, accounts operated on behalf of a third party, and accounts registered using fictitious or assumed identities are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or officer of 388k, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless 388k has provided express written consent for you to hold a player account.
• You must not have had a previous 388k account closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity or self-exclusion.
• You must have the legal capacity under the laws of your jurisdiction to enter into a binding contract and to engage in online gambling activities.

388k reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address and, where relevant, source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

Each eligible individual may hold a maximum of one (1) active account on the 388k platform. The existence of duplicate accounts is a breach of these Terms & Conditions. 388k will close any duplicate accounts identified and may forfeit balances held in such accounts, including bonus funds and winnings derived from duplicate account activity.

At registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including, but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number and email address. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information and to notify 388k promptly of any changes by contacting [email protected].

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 388k strongly recommends the use of a unique, complex password not used on any other platform. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 388k will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

388k reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend an account or close an account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that a player has provided false information, violated these terms or poses a risk of harm to the integrity of the platform.

All deposits and withdrawals on the 388k platform are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 388k does not apply currency conversion fees. Supported deposit and withdrawal channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa and Mastercard. Availability of specific channels may vary and 388k does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular payment method.

Minimum and maximum transaction limits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction
• Maximum single withdrawal and daily aggregate limits are set per payment channel and may be subject to account verification status. Players should consult the Payments section of their account dashboard for current limits applicable to their account.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit to the same 388k account, except where 388k has given express written approval for an alternative channel.
• Identity verification must be completed before a first withdrawal is processed. This includes submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of residential address.
• Withdrawals will not be processed where the account balance includes unsettled bets, or where wagering requirements attached to active bonus funds have not been satisfied.
• 388k reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of enhanced due diligence where required, including source-of-funds verification for large or unusual withdrawal requests.

388k does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All funds deposited must originate from an account or payment method registered in the name of the 388k account holder. Deposits identified as originating from a third party may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

388k offers bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus provisions set out in this section. Where there is a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

General bonus conditions:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not available for withdrawal until the associated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount only, unless the promotion terms specify otherwise (e.g., deposit + bonus amount).
• Bets placed using bonus funds that are subsequently voided, cancelled or result in a push do not count towards the satisfaction of wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds expire at the earlier of: (a) the expiry date stated in the promotion terms, or (b) 30 days from the date of credit where no expiry date is specified. Expired bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are forfeited automatically.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device and per IP address, unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• 388k reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn or modified, players who have already opted in will be given reasonable notice and, where applicable, a reasonable opportunity to complete wagering requirements under the original terms.

Any player found to have abused the 388k bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or coordinated bonus abuse — will have their bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited. Repeated or deliberate abuse may result in permanent account closure.

By placing a bet or wager on 388k, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable product rules for the relevant sport, market or game category. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the platform:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. 388k does not accept bet cancellation requests except where cancellation is expressly permitted under the applicable product rules (e.g., specific in-play market voiding conditions).
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed or cancelled will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the platform at the time the bet was placed.
• In the event of a manifest error in the display of odds, a game outcome or any other betting-relevant data, 388k reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to players. A manifest error includes, but is not limited to, an obvious data entry error, a technical feed failure causing incorrect odds display, and any odds that are materially inconsistent with the prevailing market.
• Live / in-play betting markets operate on a best-effort basis. 388k does not guarantee continuous availability of in-play markets and accepts no liability for losses arising from delays in odds updates or temporary market suspension during live events.
• Casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems operated by the relevant game studio. 388k does not control or influence individual game outcomes.
• The minimum and maximum stake for individual bets and wagers are set per market and per product and are displayed within the relevant bet placement interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 388k platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, using stolen payment credentials or engaging in any form of financial fraud in connection with your 388k account.
• Match-fixing and insider activity: Placing bets on the basis of inside information, participating in or facilitating the fixing of sporting events, or acting in concert with any person involved in the organisation or officiating of an event on which you are betting.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any casino game, poker variant or other competitive game offered on the platform.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, macros, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other automated system to place bets, play games or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting technical glitches, software errors, pricing errors or system vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected error are subject to review and may be voided.
• Money laundering: Using the 388k platform for any money laundering purpose, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity and withdrawing them as apparent gambling winnings.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account for the purpose of obtaining multiple bonus entitlements, circumventing account restrictions or any other purpose not sanctioned by 388k.
• Underage play: Registering an account or placing bets while under the age of 21, or knowingly facilitating the registration or play of a person under 21.

388k is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the potential for gambling-related harm among its player community. The following tools and policies are in place to support players in maintaining control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in BDT via the Account Settings dashboard. Reductions to a deposit limit take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour review period.

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display or create derivative works from any 388k content without prior written consent;
• Use any data mining, scraping, crawling or similar automated data extraction tools on any part of the platform;
• Use the 388k name, logo or brand assets in any manner that suggests affiliation, endorsement or sponsorship without prior written approval;
• Frame, mirror or incorporate any part of the 388k platform into any other website or application without express written permission.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi) is the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed for delivery through the 388k platform. Players have no rights to that content beyond those granted through normal use of the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 388k excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 388k platform, including losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical failures, data transmission errors or interruption of service;
• Delays in bet settlement or payment processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials;

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by 388k's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

In any event, the aggregate liability of 388k to any individual player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

388k collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

388k uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all platform connections. Passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing and are never accessible to 388k staff in plain text. Login anomaly detection monitors for unusual access patterns and triggers additional verification where suspicious activity is identified.

Your continued use of the 388k platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your account prior to the effective date and withdraw any remaining real-money balance. 388k will process such withdrawal requests promptly where all verification conditions are already satisfied.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through 388k's internal complaints process shall be referred to the competent courts or dispute resolution bodies of the relevant jurisdiction.

388k operates on a best-effort basis to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which it accepts players. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the 388k platform is lawful in their own jurisdiction. 388k makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific location outside of its supported markets.
